The HIBLend project will conclude with its final conference on 9 December 2025 in Brussels, hosted at ACE Events and accessible online. This one-day hybrid event will bring together higher education institutions, students, quality and national agencies, and policymakers to discuss the future of Student Blended Mobility in Europe. 

The conference will mark the presentation of HIBLend’s final results: 

• the HIBLend Framework for Quality in Blended Mobility, setting out actions and recommendations for universities and stakeholders; 
• the accompanying Digital Toolbox, offering good practices and practical resources for implementation; 
• forward-looking reflections and discussions on how to advance student blended mobility in the European Higher Education Area. 

With blended mobility becoming an increasingly important part of the Erasmus+ programme and of internationalisation strategies of HEIs, ensuring the quality of these activities is central to creating meaningful learning experiences and lasting impact for students and institutions alike. 

The event will feature a mix of presentations, interactive discussions, and opportunities for peer exchange. Participants joining onsite in Brussels will benefit from direct networking with colleagues and stakeholders, while those joining online will be able to follow the full programme live and ask questions in real time.
