The ACA Secretariat welcomed a new colleague joining the team on 3 May 2022. 

Natalya Sharovatova is our new trainee working alongside other colleagues on conducting research projects, article writing and liaising with ACA members and other external organizations. Natalya will primarily focus on supporting the exploratory study of Erasmus+ staff mobility impact.

Natalya has a background in pedagogy and teaching English as a foreign language and international relations and is currently pursuing an Erasmus Mundus Master’s Degree in Research and Innovation in Higher Education with a focus on Leadership and Management in Higher Education. Natalya is an eager learner immensely interested in research, classical literature, volunteering and history. Apart from English, Natalya speaks Uzbek and Russian. 

The Secretariat is looking forward to sharing the ACA’s knowledge and expertise with the new intern and broadening her experience and understanding of international higher education with the help of the professional team.
