The aim of this call for proposals is to award grants for activities to promote the dissemination of and exploitation of results of Socrates projects. The action consists of three stages:

1. Identifying and matching of users' needs and selected project results;

2. Organisation of a conference/workshops/interactive "matching sessions" to bring together supply and demand;

3. Follow-up activities facilitating the transfer of project results.
