The Slovak Academic Information Agency (SAIA) has released a new call for applications within the programme Action Austria-Slovakia - Cooperation in Science and Education (based on an agreement between the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic and the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy of the Republic of Austria).
Within this call for applications students/PhD students and researchers can apply for a scholarship in these categories:
Applicants from Slovakia:
- Ernst Mach Grant of the Action for doctoral/PhD students
- Research Grant of the Action for PostDocs
- Scholarship of the Action for diploma candidates
- Scholarship of the Action for Summer German Language Course in Austria
Applicants from Austria:
- Research Grant of the Action for PhD students
- Research Grant of the Action for PostDocs
- Scholarship of the Action for diploma candidates
- Scholarship of the Action for Summer Slovak Language Course in Slovakia (deadline 30 April 2018)
Applicants can apply for the Scholarship of the Action for short term stays (1-3 days) anytime.
Within this programme it is also possible to apply for a cooperation project in these categories:
- Co-operation projects of young researchers (PhD students and PostDocs)
- Co-supervised doctoral studies
- Austrian-Slovak trainings for PhD students and PostDocs
- Lecture series of excellent researchers
The application forms must be submitted no later than 15 March 2018.
