At the beginning of September, Rita Morais will succeed Lukas Szabo as the editor of the ACA newsletter. Rita Morais, aged 28, is a Portuguese national. A psychologist by training, she will complete her PhD on inter-ethnic prejudice reduction in childhood in September. Rita spent the last half year as a trainee in the European Commission’s Comenius Unit (in charge of cooperation between schools in Europe). 

The staff of the ACA Secretariat would like to express its appreciation of the excellent work of Lukas Szabo. He has been the driver behind the recent innovations in the ACA Newsletter – Education Europe. We will miss Lukas’ enthusiasm, professionalism, and good humour. Luckily, he will stay in Brussels, working in the area of marketing and communications.
