The actors of German science and innovation will further intensify their cooperation abroad. A new organisational structure has been set-up for the “German Houses of Research and Innovation” through a joint initiative of German political, scientific and economic actors. The DAAD, with funding from the German Foreign Office, will take over the management of all five locations.

The German Houses of Research and Innovation (DWIH) provide a platform for the German research and innovation landscape abroad, showcasing the accomplishments of German science, research, and research-based companies and promoting collaboration with Germany and innovative German organisations. There are currently five locations in New York, Tokyo, São Paulo, New-Delhi and Moscow.
