The objective of the programme is to encourage the development of the Higher Education in Latin America through the cooperation between the EU and the Latin American institutions, in order to contribute to the sustainable economic and social development of the region as a whole. Networks of Higher Education Institutions (HEI) as well as other relevant institutions in the area of higher education are invited to prepare applications for grant funding under the new programme on higher education cooperation for Latin America. Projects will include three components: 1) Joint Partnerships; 2) Structural Projects; and 3) Accompanying Measures.
