The objective of this call for proposals is to award grants to approximately 10-12 proposals submitted by participants from a maximum number of countries and sectors. Specifically, it seeks to create actions to help consortia

• to implement and develop the EQF, including national and sectoral qualifications systems and frameworks of the EQF as a common reference, and to strengthen the relationship with the European Higher Education Area, as well as
• to develop and implement their National Qualifications Frameworks.

The submission of applications for grants under this call is open especially to consortia made up of European, national, regional and sectoral organisations, including, for example, ministries, qualifications authorities, sectoral associations, social partners and other key stakeholders with an interest and role in qualifications systems. Applications for funding may only be made by consortia consisting of organisations from 5 or more countries.
