Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be sent in writing to the ACA Secretariat (e-mail or fax). Cancellation fees:
Cancellation before 20 April: no fee. 
Cancellation between 20 April and 4 May: 50% of the seminar fee.
Cancellation after 4 May: 100% of the seminar fee. The seminar participation is transferable to another person. Please inform the ACA Secretariat in this case. Persons who register and do not attend the seminar will be charged the full fee.
